The product
A rate table, not a wall of listings
Every row is a city and specialty. Hourly pay and weekly stipends sit side by side, so you can compare offers the way you compare them on paper.
| City | Specialty | Hourly | Weekly stipends | Relative hourly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| City A | ICU | $38 | $1,450 | |
| City B | Emergency | $33 | $1,700 | |
| City C | Operating room | $41 | $1,200 | |
| City D | Med-surg | $29 | $1,550 |
Illustrative sample, not real submissions.
Cities are placeholders. Real figures appear as nurses submit them.
How it works
Give your numbers, get everyone else's
You give
Share your contract pay
Enter city, specialty, hourly rate and weekly stipends. No name is attached to what you send.
You get
Unlock the numbers
See hourly rates and stipends by city and specialty from other travel nurses who shared theirs.
You compare
Hold the offer up against the data
Line a recruiter quote up against what nurses actually report for the same city and specialty.
You decide
Sign knowing the split
Ask about the taxable rate and the stipends separately, with real figures behind your questions.
Pay is the first thing a nurse needs and the last thing most boards show.
The usual way
- A weekly figure quoted by a recruiter
- Pay that is vague until you are deep in the process
- Listings buried in clutter
- You guess whether an offer is fair
The Wageweave way
- Hourly rate and stipends shown as separate numbers
- Pay by city and specialty before you talk to anyone
- A plain table you can scan and compare
- You see what other travel nurses report

Questions nurses ask
Before you share a number
Is my submission anonymous?
Yes. The form asks for city, specialty, rate and stipends. Your email is optional and is only used to tell you when the rate table opens.
Why do I have to share pay to see pay?
The data only has value if nurses contribute it. You share what your contract pays, and you get other nurses’ numbers in return.
What counts as a stipend?
The tax-free weekly amounts on top of your taxable hourly rate, such as housing and meals. We ask for them separately because the split changes what an offer is worth.
Are the numbers on this page real?
No. The rate table on this page is an illustrative sample with placeholder cities. Real figures will appear as nurses submit their contracts.
What does it cost?
Free for nurses at the start. Agencies pay to post jobs later. An optional $9 per month nurse tier covers alerts and guides.
